Ann was born on December 1, 1951 in Malartic, Quebec. She worked in the Education field before she moved to St. Catharines, On. In St. Catharines Ann continued her studies at Niagara College graduating with a Social Working certificate. She worked in the Social Work field for 10 years, later attending Brock University where she earned a Teaching Degree, providing her with the credentials to teach bi-lingual education in both Ontario and Quebec.

Ann is survived by her beloved mother Luce Horodyski (nee Denis) and pre-deceased by her father Leon and by her loving husband Stanley. Ann shared a dear friendship with her Mother and she will be missed deeply. Ann will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and private interment.
