<div itemprop="description">MANSELL, Steve - It is with great sorrow the family announces the unexpected passing of Steve on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the N.H.S. General Site at the age of 53. Loving husband of Karen (nee Morin). Inspiring, supportive and committed father of Chris, Jeff and Nicole. Cherished son of Monica and the late Joseph. Survived by his sisters; Janice Knoll (Fred), Joanne Brodhurst (Chris) and Cathy Mansell. Remembered by his in-laws Jules and Marion Morin along with April Robert (Dave) and Raymond Morin (Shari). Steve will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Steve was a passionate and hardworking member of the General Motors team for over 30 years. Friends will be received at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME (2000 Merrittville Hwy, Thorold 905-892-1699) on Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm with Vigil Prayers recited at 2 pm. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 21, 2015 at St. Kevin&rsquo;s Roman Catholic Church (303 Niagara St., Welland) at 10 am. Cremation to follow. Rite of Committal and interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. If desired, memorial donations to The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
