<div itemprop="description">PATAKFALVI, Victoria (Vicki) - It is with heavy hearts, our family announces Vicki&rsquo;s peaceful passing at her residence on Monday February 29, 2016 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Patakfalvi (2009). Loving mother of the late Patricia Demers (1996), Chuck (Debbie) and Lydia Olsen (Dave McIntyre), and mother-in-law of Roger Demers (Beverly). Cherished grandmother of Becky Chrastina (Dan), Erica Demers, Chris Olsen, Ian Olsen, Leanne (T.J.) Levack, Melanie and step-grandmother of Penny, Krista and Barry. Dear great grandmother of many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Peter Chiomey, Rosemary (Norman Emmons), sister-in-law Alice Patakfalvi and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Peter Chiomey, Rose Marko, brother William Chiomey, sisters Anne Plain and Veronica Laro. In keeping with Vicki's wishes cremation has taken place. Family invites friends to Pleasantview Funeral Home (2000 Merrittville Highway, 905-892-1699) on Monday March 7th, 2016 where visitation will take place from 1-3 pm. A celebration of Vicki&rsquo;s life will be held in the funeral home chapel immediately following visitation at 3 pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer society would be greatly appreciated. A special thank you to her neighbors Gene and Diane Patterson for all that you&rsquo;ve done for Vicki. She was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian church choir for many years. Vicki loved to knit for her family and friends. She could light up any room with her presence.</div>
